These terms govern the services operated by Servana LLC ("Servana", "we") of McDonough, Georgia, USA, including NeverMiss Local (missed-call text-back and customer messaging for local service businesses) and Roadside (a roadside-assistance dispatch platform).
Effective date: October 28, 2026.
Program. NeverMiss Local, operated by Servana LLC, provides missed-call text-back and customer messaging on behalf of local service businesses. Each business uses a dedicated phone number, and messages identify that business by name.
How you opt in. By calling a local service business that uses NeverMiss Local, you agree that if your call is missed (busy or no answer), the business may send you text messages about that call from its NeverMiss Local number, and you may continue the conversation by replying. If you complete a service job with the business, the business may also send you one text message inviting you to leave a review; consent for that message is given to the business at the time of service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your own calls and replies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from that business's number. Reply HELP for help, or contact Servana at [email protected]. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Availability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device.
Privacy. How we handle phone numbers and message data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers to third parties for marketing purposes.
Our services are provided for the lawful business use of the businesses and customers who use them. Businesses that use NeverMiss Local are responsible for the content of messages their staff send through the shared inbox and for honoring opt-out requests, which our system also records and enforces automatically.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available at this address with its effective date.
