Servana LLC ("Servana", "we") of McDonough, Georgia, USA builds and operates software services for local businesses, including NeverMiss Local (missed-call text-back and customer messaging for local service businesses) and Roadside (a roadside-assistance dispatch platform). This policy explains what data our services handle and how it is used.
Effective date: October 28, 2026.
NeverMiss Local lets a local service business continue a conversation by text when a customer's call is missed. When you call a business that uses NeverMiss Local and the call is not answered, the system may send you a text message from that business's dedicated NeverMiss Local number, identifying the business by name, so you can reply by text. After a service job is completed, the business may also send you one text message inviting you to leave a review. Your inbound call to the business, and your replies, are the basis for these messages about your own call or job.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or mobile contact information to third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers and message content are used only to operate the messaging service for the business you contacted, and are shared only with the messaging and infrastructure providers required to deliver the messages.
Message frequency varies and depends on your own calls and replies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages from that business's number; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Postiz — Servana Growth is a social media scheduling application operated by Servana. It connects Servana's own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts so that Servana staff can schedule, publish, and review posts for Servana's own brands from one dashboard.
When an account holder connects a Facebook Page or Instagram account, the application receives and stores: the names and identifiers of the connected Pages and accounts, basic profile information for those accounts, and access tokens issued by Meta that allow the application to publish and read content on those accounts' behalf. The application also stores the posts, media, and schedules that Servana staff create inside it.
Data is used only to operate our services: delivering and receiving the messages described above, displaying connected accounts, publishing scheduled posts to the connected Pages and accounts, and showing engagement information returned by Meta's APIs. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising profiling, or share it with third parties other than the platforms and providers that carry the messages and posts.
The scheduling application is used only by Servana staff, for Servana's own Pages and accounts. It is not offered to the public, and no third party's accounts are connected.
Access tokens are stored only while an account remains connected; disconnecting a channel in the application removes its stored credentials. You can request deletion of any data associated with you at any time — see our data deletion instructions.
