Postiz — Servana Growth, operated by Servana LLC, stores data only for the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that Servana itself connects (account identifiers, names, access tokens, and the posts and schedules created in the application).
Option 1 — disconnect in the application: removing a connected channel inside the application deletes that channel's stored access token and connection data immediately.
Option 2 — revoke on Meta: in your Facebook settings, open Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and Websites) and remove "Postiz — Servana Growth". This revokes the application's access; the stored token becomes unusable.
Option 3 — email request: send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion — Postiz". We will delete the stored data associated with your account — identifiers, tokens, and stored post data — and confirm completion by email within 30 days of the request.
