Products

One engine, a family of services

Every Servana product runs on the same platform core — request intake, triage, provider matching, dispatch, and payment. Roadside will be our first launch; the rest of the family will build on the engine it proves.

Roadside

Flagship · Launching

Our first product, launching soon: a roadside-assistance marketplace designed for truckers and drivers. A stranded driver will post a job — tire, lockout, fuel, jump, tow — and nearby verified providers will respond with real quotes. The driver will book, the provider will do the work, and payment will be released on completion.

AI Service Booker

In development

The conversational evolution of the platform: an AI agent that finds providers, requests and compares quotes, schedules the booking, and can handle payment — from a plain-language request.

Conversational booking · Quote comparison · Scheduling

AI Food Ordering

In development

Conversational restaurant ordering: the AI structures your order, you confirm it, and the restaurant receives it with a payment link.

How it works

From request to released payment

The Servana platform engine handles every job the same way, whatever the service:

1

Request

A customer describes the service they need — what, where, and when.

2

Triage

The platform structures the request into a job with a clear scope and price basis.

3

Match & claim

Nearby verified providers see the job; a provider claims it and commits to the work. Where supply is thin, the platform actively recruits providers nearby.

4

Work completed

The provider completes the job on site, and the customer confirms the work is done.

5

Payment released

Payment is released to the provider, less the platform's dispatch fee. No chasing invoices.

For providers

Real jobs. Not purchased leads.

Most marketplaces sell your contact details to a customer who may never call. Servana works the other way: when a job reaches you, it is a real, binding job from a customer who has committed — you claim it, do the work, and get paid.

  • Binding jobs, not leadsYou never pay for a phone number or a “lead.” A claimed job is a committed customer.
  • Paid on completionPayment is collected through the platform and released when the work is confirmed done — less a transparent dispatch fee.
  • Jobs near youMatching is location-based, so the work you see is work in your service area.
  • You stay independentProviders are independent businesses, not Servana employees. You set your availability and choose the jobs you claim.

About

The parent company

Servana LLC is the parent company behind the Servana family of service platforms. It was founded by Adedeji Adeleke and is based in McDonough, Georgia, where the company designs, builds, and operates the software its products run on.

The idea behind Servana is simple: getting help — on the road, at home, at the table — should work like a dispatch system, not a directory. One platform engine takes a request, finds a verified provider nearby, and sees the job through to payment.
